scentuicandlear provides professional photography services including personal and commercial photo sessions. All services are subject to availability and require advance booking.
Service packages, pricing, and deliverables are specified at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify service offerings and pricing with reasonable notice.
Photography sessions require a booking confirmation and may require a deposit. Payment terms will be specified in your booking agreement.
Cancellation policies apply as outlined in your booking confirmation. Rescheduling may be available subject to availability.
Upon delivery of final images, clients receive specified usage rights as outlined in their service agreement. scentuicandlear retains copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Images may not be used for purposes beyond those specified in your agreement without prior written consent.
scentuicandlear liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
